Christmas Eve

On Christmas Eve we went to Tim's Aunt Vanessa's house and celebrated Christmas with Tim's family. Each year Tim's grandfather gives all the grandchildren and great grandchildren a $5 bill. It is a tradition that they have been doing ever since I have been a part of the family and that has been for 13 years. Pappaw really enjoys having the little ones sit on his lap (and occasionally a big one too...as you will see by one of the pictures). Elly got to open a gift in the gift exchange and got a baby doll and an Elmo book. She also got a vacuum cleaner from Memaw and Pappaw. It was a fun time, but by the end of the night Elly was ready to go home. I asked her if she was ready and she said "go...go." Too cute!
